The building comprises three apartments above a parking garage and entry space. The uppermost apartment, spanning two floors, serves as a spacious home for the owner, featuring large north-facing decks with expansive views over Wellington Harbour. Below, two separate three-bedroom apartments occupy the lower levels, providing rental accommodation.

To integrate with the surrounding neighborhood, the building’s form is intentionally broken into distinct sections, each clad in different materials. This approach allows it to harmonize with both the smaller-scale houses and the larger buildings nearby.
